Editor's Update: This phone lacks NFC. It was originally listed in the specs below due to incorrect information obtained from GSMArena [gsmarena.com] and PhoneArena [phonearena.com]. It is not listed on LG.com [lg.com], however. Sincere apologies for any inconvenience.

I've had this phone for a couple months now it seems. I got it at Best Buy for $250. I upgraded from a Moto G4 that started having major battery problems.

The overall phone seems great. I use the phone all day emailing and texting and have yet to get below 75% available battery.

The stylus is nice but the software included is somewhat lacking unlike the Samsung devices with stylus.

The camera could be better. I just use it to take quick pictures of things and not HDR photos. I don't have a high threshold for camera use. If you do look into this further before buying.

I would say overall for an unlocked phone, using mine of Verizon, it seems to be really solid. Not all the bells and whistles, but my last 2 phones were a Moto E and Moto G4.

One thing I didn't notice was that this phone is USB-C charging. I had to buy a 4 pack of micro USB adapter ends to convert all my micro USB cables to USB-C

If anyone has questions about specifics with this phone, I'd be more than happy to offer input.

All phones have issues. It just depends how much money the issues are worth!

Plus don't forget Moto phones can have the boot loader unlocked... I am still using my $20 Moto E 2015 with the latest iteration of Android

Nice find OP, which do you think is better, this or the Moto G6 for everyday usage?

Costco thanksgiving has moto g6 for 189.99. I think I will wait for that since costco has a 90 days return policy for cell phones. It will give me a couple of months to test the phone out.

One of my friends has this phone and is always asking me for help with it. It is a nice looking phone but from my limited experience, the phone is quite laggy. Now that could be due to her having apps left open and like 23 tabs never closed on Chrome.

Also the Stylo has an otterbox for it, the moto g6 doesn't for some reason. I think the g6 has better cameras.

I frequently get the message "SD card removed unexpectedly". Frustrated me so much that I switched back to my LG Stylo Plus 3 with the same SD card. With this phone, the same SD card is never "removed unexpectedly", so it must be an issue with the LG Stylo 4. Have you ever run into this problem?

Flipping cards from phone to phone can introduce issues. I think we just get lucky when it goes smoothly. Did you try a different card in there to see if the same issue happens? Or offload the files onto your computer, format the card and transfer the files back. Give it a fresh start on the new phone.

My wife gets this on her Moto G4. It just occasionally works itself ever so slightly of the slot. Ended up putting a tiny piece of tape on it.
