For those like me who may not have known what Instant Ink is:

-free ink from HP if you print 15 pages or less per month (tracked by them via your printer's connectivity)
-they literally ship ink to you for free when your levels run low (also tracked by them)

Please stop spreading false information. Twice on the same page, no less.

HERE is the list of eligible printers. Click this link, click on "check to see if your printer is eligible" under the big blue "sign up" button.

https://instantink.hpconnected.com/us/en/l/

Left hand column: DeskJet 2600 Series

Whatever link you stumbled across only includes like eight printers, total. One printer is listed THREE TIMES, another is listed twice. That wasn't a red flag to you?

Literally dozens are available for this program.

edit: here, I'll take you a step further. He's the printer page you'll be seeing during the sign up process: https://instantink.hpconnected.co...600+Series

Factor in free shipping and this is a better deal than the FP Walmart Deal if you ask me.

-free ink from HP if you print 15 pages or less per month (tracked by them via your printer's connectivity)
-they literally ship ink to you for free when your levels run low (also tracked by them)
-page allocation rolls over, up to 100% (so you can have up to 30 pages in a month if you didn't print anything the previous month)
The link you posted says that there is no rollover on the free plan. 15 pages/mo with no rollover.

15 pages into 12 months = 180 prints

HP ink cartridge 27$ that states printing 120 B&W and 100 color pages

Price of printer (with ink included) = 20$

Printer and all subsequent prints (limited to 15 per month) are free after first 8-9 months

For those who need to print more, buy a Brother printer and cheap inks. For occasional coupon or document print, this will do for free.

Make it your child's printer and give him a monthly quota for non-academic prints.

Edited: to include 100 color prints included in pre loaded cartridge besides 120 B&W pages

Can anyone confirm that HP is blocking 3rd party cartridges or self refills?

Do we need to sign up for a plan when we buy it or can we sign up separately?

I can't speak for this model, but I have another HP all in one and I regularly get the "incompatible ink cartridge" message...HOWEVER some guy on YouTube has a solution where you press a few buttons in a certain order and it has worked consistently. It seems I get the message more when my refill is about empty.
