This comment is probably 3-4 years late, but single best upgrade I ever made to a PC was moving to a solid state drive, and this looks like a really good deal. I own 4 850 evos and not sure how these compare. The 850s have had no issues (knock on wood) in any of the systems they are in since 2016.

You wouldn't know any difference in real world performance. The biggest jump is from hdd to ssd, if you go ssd to better ssd, you have diminishing returns in performance.

Could you pair this up with the Nvidia Shield TV that has been all over the front page?

Agreed! My First SSD was a Crucial M4 64GB, it cost like $180 when I bought it 7+ years ago. I remember at the time thinking that even at that price with that limited space, it was the most phenomenal upgrade to any computer ever and I have never been back to HDD, except for the (6)3TB red's in my server.

I have bought a 840 evo 5 years ago for about 100$ and it also still works and is being used as a boot drive in an active pc

I'm sure they'll price match it one day...can't let BB take all the sales. But I have not seen anything official.

I'm just debating if it will go lower on Bf/cm. That's the hardest part lol. 75 is already a good deal
