i bought four of these last time they were on sale to put in each vehicle and keep one at the office. nothing worse than needing to cut a rough/bleeding cuticle and have to wait all day to get home to do it.

The cutting edges are sharp but the metal feels thin and the handles are sharp/unrefined/rough on hands. While this has a ton of tools, I did not like these that much. For a cheap set, this does the job, but I opted to pay more for higher quality tools that had rounded handles which feel much nicer to hold.

Last time this was $5.34 and I wish I didn't buy it. It came with some type of residue on the metal and a visible fingerprint. Nothing I can't clean and sterilize but the pieces themselves aren't worth $5 in any case.

Can someone recommend a good quality set, even if a little pricey?

I'd rather buy a nicer set that will last a few years and spend more versus buying cheap and replacing more often?
