Just got back from Costco and saw this deal.

Better than the one on Amazon and Target by ten bucks AND it comes with a 32gb SD card.
Just so you know there are 8" and I think even 7" screen sizes.
This one is the biggest at 10.1"

Not sure if it's my Costco only here in Santa Clara, CA.

UPDATE

It's available to costco members at costco.com
https://www.costco.com/Samsung-Ga...HCZybM6W1F

BUT you have to bay 7.99 for shipping if you order online.
You can avoid the shipping charge if you go in store.

But what price range does the s pen model usually go for? Same price?

$190 at Fry's BF in-store only, otherwise much higher than the non-pen volume-seller version. Also FYI, the S-Pen version (model SM-P580) is NOT a newer version of the regular version (model SM-T580), they're the same generation, released concurrently in July 2016 with the same CPU/SoC but the S-Pen version gets S-Pen (pen + digitizer) and 3GB RAM instead of 2GB.

This bundle with the 32GB microSD card is made specifically made for warehouse clubs. It was IIRC around $190 during 2016 BF at Costco and $180 during 2017 BF at all 3 clubs. I seriously considered buying it in 2016-2017 but in 2018 I need 3-4GB RAM and 32-64GB storage.

Thanks for the info. That's quite steep ($40) for a pen if I have no need for the pen. I mean, only relatively steep because the entire tablet is $150.

I have this and the fire hd 10 (2017) and I like them both, screen is great in both, but speakers are better on fire hd 10, and it's much faster at web browsing too
