I'm sure eBay will have a 15% (or maybe even a 20%) site wide coupon cyber Monday. May be smart to wait for the coupon.

I like this model very much, but I feel like the price for the set could be a little better. A solid coupon could make me do it.

Wait for the coupon. I got the 20" and 24" last year for $120 from Kohl's after taxes in Ohio (and $20 in Kohl's cash so effectively $100) and am happy with them for basic luggage. It's held up well on many international trips and you'll hit the weight limit before you cube out the 24" I find.

Yeah I'm going to wait for an eBay code (fingers crossed). Just hope this deal won't sell out or expire while i wait. Need two of these sets for our upcoming family trip to the land down under.

Looks like no side handle on the 20" carryon. That's a deal breaker for me.

Go with the centric set it has side handles and is the same price. I have a set of these and the centric and I prefer the centric because of the side handle.

United just broke one of my 4 wheels off yesterday. Good timing. Sucks so much to be without a suitcase for a week though.

Great point. The Centric looks to have better wheels too, but apparently the Omnis have a more scratch-resistant diamond texture.

I wonder if the wheels on the Omni are designed to be easier to clean and prevent gunk from getting in. Are the side handles on the Centric collapsible so they don't stick out as much?

Careful with the Centric. The overall length of the so called 20' one is 22.5", above even the limit for domestic carriers.
If you plan to use European airlines: the weight of this piece is 3.4kg, a substantial part of the max. 8 kg. weight allowance by many of them. While the length is not checked frequently, the weight for the carry-ons is routinely checked by the airlines that have a limit.

Yea they stay pretty flush to the body! I've never been questioned on any flight for either of these sets with multiple airlines domestically

I have this exact set in teal and love it. They've taken a beating and still look new and I haven't had any trouble getting these on flights (carry-on or checked baggage) I got my set at 189, so it can be had for cheaper, but I waited a while for that price. Pull the trigger, you won't be disappointed
