I bought a refurbished one today for $460 on eBay using their 15% coupon (FASTPICK). No shipping and no tax. 30 days free return. So not bad.

Costco has DELL Inspiron with similar configuration but with 15" screen:

Also HP Envy model with AMD Ryzen 5 processor:

--------

HP model has better processor and separate numeric keyboard. Dell model has better battery backup.

Samsung has a SATA SSD, I could not find the info on the Dell. If it has a M.2 ssd the Dell would be a better deal

Sold out yesterday and coupon also expired yesterday too. Seller had only 3 notebooks for sale. Keep an eye on Best Buy open box. May be able to find a bargain there too.

Seems like good spec and price for Dell. But I wanted to give Samsung notebook a try. I've read that you can wirelessly mirror the display from Samsung notebook to Samsung TV. Would be interesting to see how well it works.

They have some of the better color accuracy and brightness. Think MacBook.

I heard that SDD and memory cannot be upgraded. But not an issue for me since I have no plan to upgrade them.

Costco regularly offers the identically equipped Acer Spin 5 for the same price, but you get a 90-day no-questions-asked return policy and 2-year warranty w/ Costco. I'm using the Spin 5 right now and it's been great.... just gotta wait for the inevitable markdown.
