I logged in and saw offer but went back and offer is gone. Decide right away or offer might disappear.

Wasn't able to recreate. I'm paying $60 a month for gigabit right now and I couldn't move to 100 Mb, and the only option to renew with gigabit was $97.80 a month.

Does not work for me, as usual. Never could get any deal as existing customer. I don't know how people do it. Maybe talking to a customer rep, but while interacting with their website, I just don't get it.

I currently have a 2-year contract for 50/50 at $45 per month, with no added cost to use my existing router from when i first signed up for FIOS. Following the link, they are offering me the 100/100 plan for $49.99 plus $12 for the router. Does anyone know if they will waive the $12 router fee if you buy your own router on Ebay?

Sale shows up as $50 for me and they want to charge a $50 admin fee and $100 installation charge to reduce my bill by $10... Good job crooks.

Yeah, that's right $100 install charge for a service I already own.

They charge you an installation fee of $99 broken up over 2 months... then after the first 9 months, your payment goes up another $10. Read the fine print before you opt into this blatant false advertisemet....

Yuck, $100 installation to save $8 a month. And my contract is up in 4 months. No thanks.

I doubt they would since they are also going to charge you a $99 installation fee Smilie

Hmm. I am on 100/100 at $40 per month. So if I can just keep that without doing the cancel/restart nonsense it would be worth it.

Gigabit + TV bill was $85, set to increase to $100 in May. This decreased it to $80 with a two year agreement.

Decent deal, thanks. (No installation fee listed on my estimated bill)

If you cancel your service and sign back up, they don't charge installation fee, but if you are already a customer and upgrading, they will charge you $100? These guys are truly scummy.
