-I haven't had to exercise the warranty (5 years) at all but I read reviews prior to purchasing and people indicated working with their support was painless to get replacements. Costco actually sells the same faucet for $159.99 regular price, if you want that peace of mind, so the $249.99 regular that HD shows should be taken with a grain of salt.
-We rarely have any false positives with the activation, works very well.
-Handle moves well, the back and forth of the arm is smooth, the pulling of the handle relies largely on the interference under the sink with the counter-weight like with any sink. The handle does have a chance to retract back clocked in a different position but it will still shut off automatically. Just needs a simple twist to clock and reseat it.
- The faucet will auto shut off after a period of run time (2min I believe?). You need to reactivate the sensor to shut off. Hands higher up by the swing arm won't activate the sensor, needs to be closer to counter level and within a few inches.
- We haven't replaced the batteries yet, it had been installed since July with heavy use regularly.
-Not sure what you mean by an account adaptor?
Let me know if you have any other questions. All in all, for the money, it's a really nice setup.

Great faucet, have it in my kitchen. The auto turnon feature when you pull the faucet out and auto off when faucet is returned is great

I've been looking for a deal on a motion activated faucet. The BioBidet for a little bit more on Amazon seems to be better looking and I'll wait for that one

Our faucet broke day before thanksgiving. Picked up the Kohler and hansgroefe (sp) at Costco and currently comparing models.

Questions for youv

How is the warranty?

Do you find it getting activated accidentally from dishes piling up?

How easily does the handle move?

Does it retract easily back in?

How long does the sensor activate for? What if hands are higher up?

Do batteries need to replace often?

Does it also have or option an account adaptor?

Thanks

first, thanks for spending the time to answer, repped.

second, my spell check changed "ac adaptor" to account adaptor
my question was does it have a means to plug in directly to the wall instead of using batteries?

No worries, and unfortunately it does not have an AC adapter. Would be nice considering there is almost always an outlet under a sink. If you're handy enough you could probably wire it up to an adapter. I debated on it when I first got it but figured I'd see how the batteries performed. So far I'm fine with not modifying it
