Should do the job. The only thing I would for sure change is upgrade the size of the ssd for your editing programs.
I can't comment on price though.

The bhphoto one would be better, it has a 1070ti and 16gb with no tax.

The OEM Business model is to buy parts cheaper by buying in bulk, and with reduced warranties, in order to sell them without profit at just slightly above the DIY price.

The only real downside for consumers who prefer not to build their own computer is that you often only get one year warranty on things that you would have gotten two or three on, had you bought them individually.
