With the Iris sensor at $10 each (or 5 for $40 AC), there is little reason to get the Xiaomi one as the Iris contact sensor also work as temperature sensor.

ANNNNND.....The iris sensors almost never fall off the mesh. I must say I have one of these Xiaomi door sensors and they are very tiny and look so slick, but mine fell off the mesh in 3 days, went right back up after pushing the connect button. I can't rely on any Xiaomi sensors right now. Working on my Hubitat setup with a XBee 3 as a repeater. If you only use the Hubitat and the XBee the Xiaomis will stay on, it's the repeaters that cause an issue with Xiaomi, as Xiaomi does not conform totally to zigbee HA standards

Some do, some don't, check Google with model number and smartthings, like "iris 3210 smartthings" and you'll have the answer in minutes
