On sale for $22.99 Each w/ free shipping or $21.99 Each w/ store pickup discount

Add the 4K Blu-ray set to cart, select shipping first and proceed to checkout, as stock permits, it'll give you $1 off at checkout for picking up in store (if it doesn't work try the same method in mobile site, not app).

$36 on Amazon is not the normal price. According to 3xcamel it only dropped down to $36 on 11/22; before that it was $50-$55.

Disc 4 of Blue Planet 2 is The Making of Blue Planet II: Into the Blue. It's a Bluray (not 4K) and I believe you can watch it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dgwya_Yv_2A

Not sure if the set of both is better or worse, but I did get a nice deal on Amazon.

Looks like the normal price for both on Amazon is $36 Planet Earth II/ Blue Planet II (UHD) [Blu-ray] https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FDL1...-BbYA6PV9Z

What I haven't understood is why the combo set is fewer discs than both sets separately.

What's missing or compressed?

Purely on the number of discs, the one on Amazon is a 6 discs set and these two combined here at BestBuy has 7 discs total, so I assume the extra disc could be some behind the scene footages; which is nice to have but is definitely not a deal breaker for myself personally.

Still cheaper retail on these is 55 each, don't know what the difference is.

For those not concerned with owning a physical copy, iTunes still has HD version of these for 9.99 each. Also, you can still order the 4K HDR set (Blue Planet II AND Planet Earth II) for $36 on Amazon, though there is a 1-2 month wait currently.

I've been waiting for a deal on this ever since I was amazed by PE2 in 4K. No hesitation buy on this, thanks, OP!
