Thanks. Do you own this? How's the build quality compares to Uuni? Reviews on the Napoli is limited. Good to know there's a 3rd option beside Uuni and Roccbox

I do. I had Uuni 3 and sold it. The build is good - so far no issues. Not better or worse than Uuni. The best part is the large fuel compartment. Firl management on Uuni was a pain. This Napoli is much easier and enjoyable able to cook on. Come join our FB group to check it out.

Slight off topic as I can't speak to these brands, but I got a Blackstone oven as a gift this year and it is amazing. It's LP and has a rotating stone. A 20 minute preheat will cook a pizza in 150 seconds.

Looking forward to trying a pie on one of these brands to see comparison. A neighbor built a $4,000 wood burning oven and cant get the temp consistent. Wood is awesome, but much less predictable.

I just snagged one of these recently, and i love it. I already have a kettle pizza and i'm loving the napoli even more for the gas option combined with wood pieces and pellets

Just as off topic, I just got a Blackstone flat top grill and it's awesome. (Best fajitas I've ever made, and next up is Japanese hibachi night!) After having that good of an experience with a Blackstone and you recommending the pizza oven, I just added that to my outdoor cooking wishlist. Thanks! Applause
