Just came to post. I buy tons of these and def one of best prices, in a while at least, even after tax and from a place with easy returns if needed.

Depends on your account with Costco. They do give people a hassle if they have a ton of returns on their account, which is understandable considering I've read people will buy a 3 pack of milk and return the other two claiming they tasted bad. We've had issues in the past, but we just bring up how much we actually spend at Costco and they realize that we return more because we buy more.

Yeah.. very true..
I have a business account and I spent a ton... but I do use the return policy when its justified..

I once bought their brand oj but it tasted wrong.... return it but replace it hoping it was a bad gallon... ended up doing it 3 times bc something was wrong with their oj.

3 months later they listed recall on their oj .. 6 months later they stop selling the gallon oj ..

For my returns it's just bad products..

I had an external drive that failed... and it was a hassle bc it was 1.5 yrs old... I didn't want to argue but felt that the CS failed that day.

I get it when an electronic product is old enough to be out of warranty. But sometimes it's an office chair where the faux leather starts peeling after a year. That's a bad product and should fall under the satisfaction guaranteed policy. I think the only exceptions are their electronics policy and alcohol.

My milk comment was referring to people knowing their policy and exploiting it. If it's a consumable you have to bring in at least half of the item to get the refund. Shampoo, milk, cereal, etc. Once they see you do it a ton your account gets flagged. "Uhh, why do you keep returning half a milk and granola bars every week?" I only know about this because these people would brag about it and then make angry posts about how Costco won't allow them refunds on food items anymore.

Does it include 2 months of Adobe CC photography like the amazon listing does?

I feel this is better than Amazon's Black Friday deal for $99, because this comes with that Data Protection package, all for $95. So, it's not just the 5TB hard drive like you'd get from Amazon, Office Depot, etc., but also the 5TB of Data Protection for 2 Years, and, of course, the 2 months Adobe. Great deal compared to other retailers.

I don't see anything about Adobe mentioned in the product listing?

picked one up to use with the Xbox One X. I don't see anything else near this price thats also the same capacity (or higher) and USB powered. I have had trouble with the desktop external hard drives staying connected to my xbox when I turn it on and off. I think it has to do with the dedicated power supply.

Looking forward to upgrade from the 500GB external I scrounged together from parts I had in my drawer. That thing filled up quick on the One X!
