VA is essentially a hybrid between the two.

Go with IPS panel if your budget allows or if you can find a good deal. VA is ok. Many people cannot really tell the difference.

I believe if you are upgrading from some old monitors from years ago, any of these "gaming monitor" will significantly improve your experience.

Usually halfway between the two in quality. Perhaps similar color quality to IPS but with worse viewing angles, though colors don't invert or shift nearly as harshly as TN.

I need ips with anti-glare coating, preferably 27 to 32 inch. Suggestions will be appreciated.

I just got this monitor and I love it. Premium look and feel. Excellent contrast. I didn't get any dead pixels. The curve and small bezels make it smaller than a typical 27". The 144hz and curve makes gaming immersive and amazing, and the resolution looks almost looks like 4K. From what I read, Freesync and Gsync are not really needed at high frame rates. There's also the 32" but it's too big for my needs.

I read a a lot about freesync and gsync and at really high frame rates 144hz+ it doesn't matter nearly as much. Also all the pro gamers don't use gsync or freesync because it inputs a slight lag and all of us are pro, right? laugh out loud
