I used 1 MR point to purchase something on Amazon and just noticed that they gave me a credit for the 1 point on my statement. Anyone know why they would do that? Is there a promo going on?

That was the reason I used the 1 MR point. I made some amazon purchases to get my 20% off. What I don't understand is why Amex would reimburse the MR point I spent.

I saw this in my account too. But I don't mind it Big Grin

Actually now that I look at it, it's charging 1 cent to the account, then using 1 point from your account to pay for it. If that makes sense. Your points balance should be lower than it was.
