You seem to be in the minority on this one

I have these and they are just okay. I got the Lucid LS31LE from Costco the other day. If you have a Costco membership, I think you will be much happier with the Lucid set. I know that I am. The sound is really awesome. However, I can not speak for the chat as I never use it myself. That set was $69.99 plus $4.99 shipping to your door - tax where applicable.

I have a pair that I use for gaming when the gf's sleeping and for work calls. I can't think of anything in the ~$50 price range that's comparable. Obviously better ones for higher price, but this is better than my old G930 cans

To me the $50 price range means $49.99. If you think these are good enough, do yourself a favor and try the Lucid Sound pair for $75 and you will be much happier. I would not go back for sure.

My wireless pair of these headphones failed after about 11 months. Battery after full charge lasts only 20 mimutes. The headphones come with a two year warranty, but you will have to pay shipping to Corsair.

Overall, they are comfortable but a bit heavy for longer play sessions. Mic can be better and I have had pairing issues with them a few times.

Not even a little. I have 8 pairs of headphones, including a couple gaming headsets. These are not good. It's because they are wireless and any wireless headset is terrible for their mics.

People love cheaping out on audio and it blows my mind. I have two sets of these from the $10 Best Buy thing last year, and they are not that great.

Just being honest. Those reviews are from people who don't know good or decent audio

Yup. I think I should return my Sony golds and pick up an ant mix or something. But I do LOVE the true wireless experience

Does anyone know if the Sony PlayStation headset works with PC ? It would be cool if I could use it for both.
I bought the Corsair Keyboard, Mouse, and Headset combo during Black Friday from Best Buy. The headset is stereo, and it sounds just ok.
Definitely need to go back to 5.1 or 7.1 audio headset. It clearly is apparent in games how much surround sound gives you an edge online.

I got these a couple of weeks ago. They are a bit on the larger size so smaller heads won't like them in my opinion. Even the shortest adjustments. Audio is OK for games(cs go etc), didn't expect anything amazing at this price point. The wireless range is probably 5-7 feet or one wall. Very short wireless range. Which is a bit annoying. Defeats the purpose of wireless to walk into the other room, get mail etc. I turned off the RGB and battery is decent. I don't game hours at a time so opinions on battery life will vary. RGB on will drain much much faster.

The problem with the mic is the same problem with most sub 100 dollar mics. The noise cancellation tries so hard it lowers your voice volume. So it sounds sort of muffled.

The next step up for microphone quality in my opinion is the Sennheisers (game one, zero, etc). But they are double the price or more. For audio you can probably get some HyperX cloud variants, but mic quality is going to be similar. I haven't tried the costco ones to compare.

Here is a good video about wireless mics to help get a general idea of what you want.
