Linksys Velop 3-pack Tri-band (AC6600) - Costco $199.99

Costco has the tri-band Linksys Velop (3-pack) in white for $199.99. Lowest price I've seen for three AC2200 Velop units. Walmart has a similarly-priced bundle but only includes 1 tri-band and 2 dual-band Velops.

Why does the photo show 1 taller "node" and 2 shorter ones? It looks like the bundle is put together with 2 minis. Anyone know more?

This isn't as good of a deal as it seems. Only the one tall node is tri-band. Purchase the 4-pack from Costco instead (was on sale for $350 BF weekend).

So one node is tri band while the others two are dual bands?

The picture and item description are a bit deceiving. If going by the text itself, this should be three AC2200 units (WHW0303), but the picture is the stock AC4600 bundle. Going to bite the bullet and see what Costco ships.

It's listed as AC6600 which would imply (and please correct me if I am wrong as I may be) that all three nodes are AC2200. The picture shows only one Tri-band node. The price is too good to be 3 Tri-bands.

I bought the 4 pack from Costco and set up 3 of the nodes this weekend. Looking like I won't need the fourth node, which I was planning to sell. Seems like it would be worth pulling the trigger on this to see what they ship.

it's listed as AC6600 which would imply three tri-band nodes. for reference, the walmart black friday velop deal was $199 for AC4400. that was one tri-band node and two dual-bands. i ordered the walmart one, haven't gotten it yet. i just ordered this one from costco, if this is for three tri-bands this is a smoking hot deal.

has Costco previously sold the 3-pack? I picked up the Orbi for $299 a couple weeks ago .. haven't set it up yet. Worth trying to order to this and see what gets shipped?

Update: Ordered it. The confirmation email also says AC6600. Will just take it back if it is not tri-band

I might buy it and see what happens as well. I need the Tri-band nodes cuz I need to add one at my house, and another to the set up at my parents. As pictured this pack would do nothing for me. If it's 3 AC2200 nodes then it's a steal. I'm thinking it can't be the latter at this price tho.

The description also says that it covers up to 5000 sq. ft., which matches the description of the AC4800 bundle. I believe the item name is simply a mistake.

At the very bottom
"1 Based on the maximum speed that data (Phy rate) can move across a wireless link while alternating between the two 5GHz radios in each node. Each node has three Wi-Fi radios – one 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi radio and two 5 GHz Wi-Fi radios."

Does anyone know if the local warehouses are carrying this?
