If the price on BS is $11 and the price on the site is $32 at the location, will the price be adjusted upon pickup?

No, read the disclaimer on brickseeker.

The price online for the location is $32 and the price at the same location "At Your Store" is $11. Same store location - is this a return and rebuy situation?
The BS disclaimer says nothing about this. If you buy online for in store pickup, can you have them adjust the price or do a return/rebuy instantly there?

Typically it means that it's either supposed to be marked down in the near future or that someone hasn't gotten to marking it down yet.

The brickseek disclaimer explains how it is simply providing info and not a reputable source for making employees run around attempting to figure out whether or not they're supposed to adjust the price.

Go by what the store says, not brickseek. The store sells the item for the price they choose despite a 3rd party website claiming it should be something else.

Found them at my Walmart for $5. Picked up a few for stocking stuffers. Only had Pac-Man. Nice find!

Walmart.com has 2 separate prices - one for Walmart.com ($32) and one for "At your store" ($11). The store has it at the $11 price per the Walmart.com "At your store".

Ended up with a fellow member here at the Walmart in Sacramento. Found a few of the arcades and the employee had to pull it from the back. Waiting for the Atari atm.
