Yamaha RX-V683BL 7.2-Channel MusicCast AV Receiver with Bluetooth, Works with Alexa

Old model, but does most things you need from a 4K receiver for a lot less money. Not the lowest price on the camel, but still a decent deal if you are looking for a new receiver after upgrading your home entertainment system to newer technology.

Decent reciever but looks like it was $330 around black friday and even $299 a few weeks before that. I might hold off till it drops back to that range. I'm still thinking about grabbing that TSR-7850 from Costco though for like an extra hundo

Got one of these last week from Warehouse Deals for $246. Remote is scuffed up but otherwise everything was unused and works great.

I've had no issues with my Yamaha receivers or my Sony receiver. My 5 and 8 year old Yamahas are still going strong.

I got an Onkyo to try because it was a great deal, and it's seriously annoying. It sounds good, and the price was great, but changing the settings on it is annoying, and it now seems to have issues changing inputs automatically via HDMI-CEC - something that the Sony handled just fine. The Onkyo handled it okay at first, but now it's not changing inputs when I want it to, and repeatedly changing inputs when I don't want it to. It's a problem I never had with my Sony receiver.

Where do you suggest we buy a TSR-7810 from?

Amazon has them for $399 certified refurbished, and new units from Amazon third parties are $589.

Searching Slickdeals brings up threads from several months ago where one poster found a single unit in the clearance section of their local Costco, and no one else could repeat the deal even back then.

Or you assume we have time-machines?

Sorry I thought you meant how it would sound with Klipsch.
If your running 5.1 and gonna use the 280fa's for 7.1 then yes this will work.

It's on sale at Costco right now. For $399. It's like $90 off IIRC. I'm not a member so there 5% charge for me which comes out to like $450ish. There's a thread on here somewhere about. Deal runs till around Xmas I think

why not just go on their website and search for it yourself and see
