My tcl tv has wide attachable legs whick isnt ideal. Seems like this would be an easier option than buying a larger desk tv stand

Got this the last time it was on a similar sale. I was specifically looking for a free standing stand instead of a wall mount. This took some time to assemble, but it was worth the effort.
The height is adjustable and once attached, the TV can swivel about 20 degrees horizontally.
Do remember that the stand is heavy due to a solid construction and the base is glass.

wouldn't locking it to the back of the furniture cause the whole piece to tip over? if you have an older 60" with a little more weight?

Anyone know if this would work with an LG UB8200 49 inch?

I need something like this but not this.

My TV is an old 42" plasma that weighs like 80 lbs. I need something that will let me mount it in the middle of my rectangular TV stand but lets me overhang the TV as far forward as possible while articulating downwards. Havent seen any yet even among the overpriced stuff much less on sale =/

How does this compare to the other stands on Amazon that are around $30?

I own this one. It did its job for a 55 inch LG tv. Never fell over once in the months I was using it which is pretty much my criteria for a tv stand.

New TVs already come with a stand. This is mainly for wall mounted TVs that get rehomed.

Most new TVs do not come with this level of adjustment and articulation. Most TVs these days come with ugly nonadjustable plastic legs, and this makes a big difference not only in adjustability, but also usability of the space the TV is on.

I wish this tilted down. Im in an apartment and don't want to use a wall mount, but i want to raise my 40" vizio 4k above my macbook so that i can maximize desk space and have it in a position to use from my desk or bed.
