Keep in mind this is for 22 caliber PELLET guns. It's not suitable for 22 caliber shooting.

I grabbed one of these on a deal over the summer only to be disappointed.

Thanks for the save. I have a pellet gun, but I wanted it to shoot .22LR with my daughter.

How would shooting this with .22 not be recommended. Im not try to be a jerk, but I am just curious. I know some air rifles can shoot 1000 fps (in .177). I think .22 lr is around 1500 fps. Could you get away with shooting these with .22 shorts or low noise .22?

For those who already own this, will it work with BB's or is it for pellets only?

Seems like a good price. Kids should enjoy it, in 4-1.

You can shoot those, but be prepared to damage the target.

It works with BB's (.177) AND pellets (.177 and .22).
BB's and pellets will leave indentations in the metal.
It will work with regular ammunition but it will destroy the target at a much higher rate compared to just using BB's and pellets.

No it's fine - it just says on the box it's for pellets. Some reviews say they use it for 22lr with no issue, I'm just making sure people know what they're buying.

Worst that can happen is it gets chewed up.
