There have been a lot of recent sales on the Instant Pot Ultra and Duo but this is the first I've seen on the Duo Plus in a while. Amazon has the 8 quart for $99.95, 6 quart for $89.95, and 3 quart for $69.95.

Well if you're set on buying this but haven't placed an order yet, I'd checkout Williams Sonoma first. Amazon is price matching their sale and WS offers a 15% coupon + free shipping if you sign up for their emails. I haven't tried it myself so Instant Pot might be excluded but it's worth testing first if you can potentially save another $10-$15 bucks.

Not sure about these prices being particularly good. Just got a 6-quart Instant Pot Ultra for $85 two days ago. That was at Walmart and Amazon.

I own the 6 quart version of this. I've done all of the 9 functions. Making yogurt and cheesecakes were easier than I thought they would be. But steaming some broccoli took some figuring out. Low pressure for 2 minutes seems to be the sweet spot for me. I paid $120 with warranty for my 6qt last year so I would consider an 8 quart at 100 bucks a deal. You may never need to cook an 8qt pot of chili, but for 10 dollars more than the 6 quart I would get the 8.

Agreed that there have definitely been better sales on the Ultra. But if you want the Duo Plus for a particular reason (my wife didn't like the knob on the ultra) then this is the best I've seen lately.

You cook broccoli in 2 minutes? In a steamer? And then you have to wait 10 min for the pressure to release?

I always do quick release. So about 10-15 minutes to have steamed broccoli on my plate. I prepare my other food in the meantime.

Yeah, don't wait for the pressure to release unless you want really mushy broccoli. I actually put them in for 0 mins, thdn quick release. Good for brussel sprouts too...

I posted the 6qt version of the DUO Plus, around Cyber Monday when it was 79.95 and it got thumbed down and no response. I bought it before posting the deal, but then was thinking it was not good deal for some reason because it got views but no response. So far I've not been able to use it other than do a water test. I'm sure it will be fine.

Amazon has GoWise USA 6QT for $60 and it's copper finish with CERAMIC coated pot....much easier to clean than steel. Not unhealthy PTFE coatings! 6 quarts is still pretty big but good for a family IMO. I wish there was a 4 Quart for 2-3 people dishes.

Picked up a 6QT DUO for $59.99 on Amazon recently so I don't think this particularly a good deal. You can find a better price if you don't mind waiting around.

Edit - The one I got was the DUO and not the DUO Plus which is the one OP posted. My mistake!
