I haven't seen this posted and stumbled on this around veterans day and filled out the info hoping it would work and today a $100 visa debit appeared in my mail... Have yet to see the $25 credit but hoping this billing cycle it will appear.. either way-- $100 is good enough for reward for something I already did and expected nothing...This took around a month to receive and I renewed my contract back in June so it bypassed the 90 day waiting period...I got out over 25 years ago so this isn't active duty only...I submitted a jpg of my red ID card just the front and they took that. (as opposed to DD214 or front and back, etc) I also have both triple play AND 5 lines of mobile but I don't think mobile or triple play is required to qualify-- just proof of military service and an account number or application for new account.

If you have an active .mil email address, you can use this to authenticate your status. Otherwise you can upload, mail, or fax documentation to us to authenticate your status.
