Some would call those prices down right "retail".

B&H is a authorized retailer for Ubiquiti. That may be helpful if ever need warranty service. Amazon and Newegg are not on Ubiquiti's list and it mostly 3rd parties that sell products on those sites. A few dollars may be worth paying for B&H customer service and peace of mind.

Hmmm. NanoHD or AC-Pro?

Any advice from current users? Already have one AC Pro.

Sad there are no cameras or their gen 2 cloud keys. Looking at getting 3 cameras and that cloud key plus so I can start monitoring.

If you have download speed higher than 250Mbps you should go with the Nano HD to get the full amount of your bandwidth over wifi.

Try the nano. I just got mine. Will be going up onto my ceiling tonight. It's super tiny which makes it more discrete in a high traffic area.

I haven't used the Pro, but I installed a NanoHD a couple weeks ago and like it a lot. Speed is great all around our home (two stories + basement), with it never going below about 150mbps at the farthest corners of the home. I have 32 Wifi devices connected almost constantly, and haven't seen any issues of unexpected reboots or anything else of concern.

Granted that 2 weeks isn't a huge sample, but the NanoHD has MU-MIMO and is Wave2, which I don't believe the Pro is, so since I don't see any negatives and the price difference is reasonable, my advice would be to go NanoHD.

If you don't have need for more speed than you see from your Pro, though, and just want extra range, may as well double up on the Pros and save the money since you are already in the Pro camp a bit.

Huh? Ubiquiti stuff is on sale all the time at B&H, Newegg, etc. Even a quick search of Slickdeals will turn up numerous recent examples, not to mention all the sales that haven't been posted. These prices are hardly doorbusters.

Have an AC Pro, bought a NanoHD. Smaller footprint and similar specs
