The two quotes on the box are "plenty of action to be had" and "impressive"--doesn't that kind of say it all? First, "plenty of action to be had" sounds so awkward... Then have you ever tried to convince someone to watch a show by telling them it's "impressive"? "impressive" is what you say when you don't like it but you can tell someone put a lot of work in it... These are the best quotes they could get to put on the box!

I actually watched it when it came on the Esquire channel. My wife is not into the fantasy genre but she watched each episode with me. I didn't know it was a mini series and have been looking for it to come back on. If you like Lord of the Rings type of movies, I would say give it a try.
