LINK [amazon.com]

This was previously posted but has returned with more people eligible. Works with third-party gift cards (but not Amazon gift cards).

Must activate promotion at above link.

Good through 1/27/19 OR until 104,666 offers have been redeemed (!).

UPDATE: Some are reporting having to activate this offer through their Ultimate Rewards portal (LINK [chase.com]) - I assume on the dashboard by choosing "Amazon.com Shop with Points". YMMV.

---------------------------------

Activate
  • Click on the button below to activate this promotion credit and apply points to your next order using your Chase Ultimate Rewards eligible credit card. Note that you will NOT receive the credit unless you click on this button.
Shop eligible products
  • Add $60 or more of eligible products sold and shipped by Amazon.com to your shopping cart.
Pay with points
  • Your Chase Ultimate Rewards points will be temporarily set as your default payment method at checkout. To redeem this offer, you must pay for at least a portion of your order with Chase Ultimate Rewards points.
  • $15 of savings will be reflected on the final order checkout page if the items in your order are eligible for the promotion credit.
See promo details
  • This promotion ends on the earlier of (a) 11:59pm on 01/27/2019, (b) the time at which 104,666 offers have been redeemed, or (c) when Amazon/Chase decides to end the promotion.
Terms and Conditions:
  • This promotion starts at 12:00 am PST on November 22nd, 2018 and ends on the earlier of (i) at 11:59pm PST on 01/27/2019, or (ii) when 104,666 offers have been redeemed, or (iii) when Amazon elects to end the promotion.
  • Amazon reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer while supplies last.
  • Offer only applies to products sold by Amazon.com (Look for "sold by Amazon.com" or "sold by Amazon Digital Services LLC" on the product detail page). Products sold by third-party sellers or other Amazon entities will not qualify for this offer, even if "fulfilled by Amazon.com" or "Prime Eligible".
  • Offer does not apply to digital content.
  • Shipping charges and taxes may apply to the full value of discounted promotional items.
  • Offer may not be combined with other offers.
  • The maximum benefit you may receive from this offer is $15 off a purchase of $60 or more.
  • Offer applies only to the purchase of items made with an eligible Chase Card, where Ultimate Rewards points are used for at least a portion of the purchase and the promotion code is activated. When you click on the 'Click to activate' button your Chase Ultimate Rewards points will be temporarily set as default payment method at checkout for a duration of six hours, unless you manually update your payment option. The promotion remains valid even after the temporary default setting lapses, until the end of the promotion period.
  • Offer is non-transferable and may not be resold.
  • Offer discount will be allocated proportionally among all promotional items in your order.
  • If any of the products or content related to this offer are returned, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product or content, subject to applicable refund policies.
  • Promotional discount may not be redeemed for Amazon.com Gift Cards.
  • If you violate any of these terms, the offer will be invalid.

I added an update to the OP about a report I saw where some people are having to activate the offer (maybe linking their card to Amazon?) via the Ultimate Rewards portal. See above.

This activated fine for me. Confirmed working on third-party gift cards.

It's not back again. it's been going this whole time. Don't create a new thread for just an ongoing promo.
It is back again. I had it on one of my accounts and it said the promo expired.

That doesn't necessarily mean what you think it means. You should have contacted Amazon and have them fix that for you. This promo has been known to have a bunch of glitches. Again, this deal didn't actually go away. It's been on Amazon's site this whole time. Same banner, same URL, same promo ID, and same terms.

I'm sorry, but you are incorrect. It ended and is now back.

Links directly to login to your credit card account... Please be mindful of where you type in your username and password. The pessimist in me thinks of the possibilities of phishing links. Validate the site is your intended destination.
Always use your own apps, bookmarks, or type in the address when logging in to accounts when possible.

That's why you use a password manager. It should auto fill in if the site is legit.
