^ This guy has absolutely no idea what he is talking about.

Check his posts. He literally follows iconian around crapping on every deal he posts, especially if it is for any speaker not named ELAC. He blows in, drops a ridiculous comment like this, then when someone who actually knows anything about audio refutes his trolling, he's nowhere to be found.

So to anyone here that's new to audio and asking whether this line is a good option for you at this price point, the answer is absolutely yes. Just ignore guys like this.

These bundles are way to overwhelming. I have a huge basement that I am trying to convert to a play/hangout area for the kids. It's a large open space (around 30 by 40 sqft)

What would be the most suitable bundle to hook up to a projector for this space?

Unless you're a super duper enthusiast you're not going to be disappointed even with the cheapest one of these.

Here's this perpetual bad deal on overpriced trash Polk speakers with all the fake TUs. This should be flagged as spam, it's not a good deal, they're not good, nothing about this is worthwhile.
Lol too funny and I get where your coming from but I think your in the minority on these, there are a lot of people that like these for the price/performance ratio. We all have different taste but If they like them that's all that really matters.

You are very correct. Some of us are not looking for top quality speakers. We want a good output for the best price possible. This by itself will serve a lot of people well.

I know the receivers listed are pretty good but if anyone can link some reviews on the speakers that would actually be helpful to people.
I do not know if these speakers are good value for money.
I wish rtings reviewed these.

The Yamaha RX-V485 is a $300 receiver right now. I'm not a fan of Yamaha receivers at all, in fact I'll never buy another one. The Polk Signature speakers are very good in their price range and maybe just a shade on the brighter side of neutral. Don't pay any attention to what a couple of goof-balls on slickdeals say about these being bad speakers. Maybe they need this to cure their defect.laugh out loud https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wSraQyM8FPU

My biggest gripe with these package deals, other than the Yamaha receivers, is the S35 LCR speaker included as the center channel. I would much rather have the dedicated center, the S30, over the S35. Here are a couple of reviews on the Signature line.

Yes that's what so great about this is it's all subjective and personal, there is no right or wrong answer
