Are you able to apply it online and see the discount? I tried a different email 20% off but it doesn't apply online. And as Dealjunkie posted, it excludes Breville.

This will be cheaper and have local returns if I have any issue, but I'm sure the other one got knocked around a bit in transit. My refurb BOV800XL has been great for 8 years, with needing one new thermal fuse installed at 35-months.
After using the oven air, even with the bad sensor, going back to my older oven is a letdown. I like this model much more than the 800XL. Items that I've had to use the built-in for will fit in the oven air. Still prefer the Breville units over our 3-year-old built-in.

Yes, I use mine for everything. I upgraded from the regular Smart Oven Pro. The upgrade is worth it especially since it's a bit bigger so I can fit a lot more of my casserole dishes in it.

Update: ordered online for in-store pickup but didn't print the coupon code, cashier applied 20% off anyway for a total of $255 + tax. It wasn't busy when I went and the manager was not called over even though he was just a few feet away. It was so routine that I believe coupon policy enforcement is purposefully loose in favor of providing a "no hassle" experience.
