So...I loss my wallet this past holiday ... one which my in laws had just given me a few months ago -- it was actually the card holder part of the wallet that I received (something like this: https://www.coach.com/coach-card-case/57101.html). Reason is, I like slim wallet ... I didn't want the tri-fold or the bi-fold that was included, just the card holder part. Anyway.... lost. Need new wallet.... my wife went looking and found one but it was just too big for my taste.... so google and diy... came up with this:

I've been using it for a few days and it's actually, pretty good. I don't think there is anything that beats tyvek in weight or thickness.

However, in re-searching (to post here) for the above link lead me to a bunch more tyvek vased wallets, some which looks pretty interesting. Many are made from a single larger sheet rather than the 5 Tyvek Card holders that I had on hand (some with "RFID protection").
