1510 has the top handle while this one doesn't. In addition, 1510 is the standard pelican and the material is slightly stronger than the storm series. The warranty is also different I believe, and the one with 1510 is better.

Size-wise they are similar. I would go for 1510 with $20 difference

By my calculations, the tidiest way to fill it would be with 19,068 US $100 bills ($1.9M). Bills are 6.14" tall so you could stack them vertically, in 4 rows across, with about 4767 bills per row. That said you'll have room left on the sides and top, so if you must fit over $2M inside you easily could.

Or 20mil $1,000 bills!
Edit:
The Federal Reserve began taking high-denomination currency out of circulation (destroying large bills received by banks) in 1969. As of May 30, 2009, only 336 $10,000 bills were known to exist; 342 remaining $5,000 bills; and 165,372 remaining $1,000 bills.

So apparently you won't be using $1,000 bills for your currency smuggling trips to Switzerland. But $2mil is nothing to sneeze at!

Pelican also owns Storm, both of which share the same lifetime warranty afaik. The difference in strength between cases is negligible, they are both very tough.

I wish Pelican would ditch their loud latches and use the ultra-quiet Storm latches. Pelican latches can be quieted with a slow tedious opening/closure, but the Storm is still quieter. Every Pelican user cringes when they have to open a case during a quiet event.

I've been impressed with the Amazon Basics knockoffs. Wouldn't surprise me if they come from the same factory.
