I got the Verizon version and loved the phone for what it was. It was my first foray into Motorola and made my transition to the Z2 Force pretty easy

Really solid phone that handles all the basics perfectly. I had no problem at all carrying it as my daily driver. Great earpiece/speakerphone call quality, pulls a good signal, nice and compact, best oleophobic coating in the business and battery life is excellent. $50.00 for the all carrier unlocked version is a steal. Wally started clearing them out a few months ago and I grabbed one at $64.00.

Several of my nearby Walmarts have had the US Celluar (unlocked) version of these on sale for $39.99 for quite some time now. I manage tracfone accounts for several family members (kids, parents, grandmother etc) and have got them all switched over to the E4 now. I've had one for myself now for about 6 months and its a great basic smartphone phone, Only thing thats not as good as I hoped is the camera, not that I was expecting much, but was expecting some good improvement over the previous 5mp phones.

They are unlocked out of the box. The Verizon ones are locked.

yup, i got 2 a year ago when they were this price from walmart put an h20 sim in,
and have fully smartphone functional spare paygo for (4*$10)/year, so i don't have to lend my careless kid my phone when they inevitably misplace theirs.
