If your on Panera's email list check your inbox because I just received an email reward for a free bagel each day for the month of January. I'm pretty sure I got the same thing last January.

One of our cards had the December free bagel reward but they never emailed about it and only learned on here so looked and this month the other card has Jan free bagel and this time they emailed.
Their bagels are decent for free but not worth the cash price at all

The one last month wasn't available to me, and neither is this one. Really curious who actually gets targeted for these - I've had my Panera rewards account forever.

They can't do that unless they want to give you their account information, which is probably not a good idea.

The bagel with butter is like $1.34. What price would you like it to be, 50¢ ?

I think the point was more that they're not very good bagels. Same with Starbucks bagels, btw, and most packaged store-bought bagels too. These are more like dense and doughy rolls with holes in them to make them look like bagels, but they're not really bagels, which have to be made a certain way (boil then bake) with very glutinous flour (which is why there's no such thing as a gluten-free bagel, which is a bit like sugar-free maple syrup). And way bigger.

That said, they're ok for what they are, but not at their full price.

Haven't had this in several years. One account had free bagels for a month, the other free coffee. Neither their bagels nor coffee are particularly good, but free is free and Panera isn't a bad place to spend some time as an alternative to Starbucks, plus their salads and sandwiches are pretty good.

At the kiosks you just need a phone number, but I won't be divulging that for free
