Ordered one last night. Bought it primarily to play my Xbox One X on it. I'll let everyone know how my experience with it goes.

This doesn't appear to be a know brand. I wonder about quality of parts used and durability.

I have a 2080 and am looking to upgrade from a 60h 32" omen monitor. Under $600 is this the best route to go if trying to stay over 30 inches?

lower resolution that the console is capable of, also not going to upscale well to 1440... far higher resolution than the console is capable of... missing HDR that the console is capable of...

really not a great option for the console.

Pixio is lesser known but generally great quality and value. Check out science studio on YouTube. He's been using Pixio monitors for years.

One X does 1440p @120hz. Many sites recommend monitors with these specs for use with the One X so I guess we will find out.

How would you take advantage of a refresh rate over 60hz with the Xbox One X if the HDMI on this monitor doesnt do the higher refresh rate?

Would this be a good monitor for video editing? I have the 27in 2k BenQ IPS monitor, but I'm looking for a bigger second monitor (well it would prob be primary) 4k to compliment it.

I agree with psyctto, you are gonna want something that supports HDR, and freesync as well

You are correct that the 165hz is only over DP but reviews state that HDMI goes up to 144hz.

The monitor does support freesync but doesn't have HDR. I'm familiar with what HDR does but I've never actually seen it in use. Is it that big of a difference? The PX276h has HDR and is about ten dollars cheaper on Amazon.

Does this have motion blur reduction, or is it just 165hz vanilla.

Good HDR implementation is a game changer, especially on LCD/LEDs (a little less so on OLED because they already have infinite contrast + more vivid colors). The way it handles color and light is amazing - see RDR2 with and without HDR.
