I have personally never used an electric impact wrench, but this might be a good deal for those who dont want to lug around a compressor in their garages. There is a 5% off coupon available currently.

Same price at walmart too.

These are pretty sweet, but they don't fit well in tight spaces. This is on my short list for tools.

Yeah I have been thinking of keeping these in my car with an AC adapter... for emergencies.

Looks very similar to the Harbor Freight model, which when it is on sale and combined with HF's frequent discount codes, can occasionally be had for (just slightly) less.

Hardcore DIY'ers will tell you what you really want is a pneumatic impact wrench. As near as I can tell they are right. But that requires investing in a compressor, hoses, fittings, etc. If all you need this for is to remove the occasional large, stubborn bolt. these corded electric impact wrenches are great. Assuming it's at all like the HF model, these will make ridiculously short work of automotive lug nuts or - ahem - seized sprocket anchor bolts on a motorcycle.

This one is useless, rated at 230 lbs/ft.
I have similar from HF, it often can't even unscrew wheel nuts, so I ended up not using it at all.

For a $100 you can get new Bauer corded model from HF, which is rated > 1000 lbs/ft

Bauer is rated at max torque of 300 ft/lbs; ignore the "bolt breakaway" number. It also costs 2.5x the Wen price, weighs 20% more, and seemingly comes with just the standard 90-day HF warranty, vs. Wen's 2 years. For once or twice a year use a reliable, reasonably-priced model like the Wen just makes more sense and gives me many more cents to spend on other tools, like impact sockets. And if you do need MORE POWER, check out the $80 450 ft/lb Porter-Cable PCE211.

This impact has a slim front part where rotating "hammer" is located. You have to have
a big heavy hammer to get a good torque.

Also, this one looks exactly like old HF one, so I assume it has similar torque.
Torque is correlated to speed and mass of the hammer. You have to have a heavy hammer
to get a good torue, this requires thick front end.

In my experience old HF impact is useless, often can't even unbolt wheel lugs.

There is a video on youtube where new HF impact unbolts crank bolt that are notoriously
difficult to remove.
