I shoot photography and went through 2 of these drives. This particular model. It's not good. The only reason I bought it was to test it and also because I got it dirt cheap. I'd highly recommend the crucial mx500 for $10 more (20% off first time customer on Google express currently) or better yet wait for a Samsung 860 Evo deal, the cream of the crop. I'd definitely not recommend the adata su650 for an OS drive. To each his own, but I'm just sharing my experience.

Whereas I'm happy with my Adata SX8200 SSD and would recommend that drive, I would not recommend this drive as an OS drive as it's DRAMless to cut costs and fit a budget which decreases its performance as well as its longevity.

Perfectly fine as a secondary drive to put your games or programs onto to decrease load times, but I'm a value shopper and I still prefer SSDs with dram on them. At least it's 3D NAND, because if it's planar NAND, it could last as little as just over a year.

Crucial drives are far superior and will last longer than the ADATA.

I saved $10 over a name brand SSD buying the 240gb version. Guess what failed just 45 days after install at a business and lost all its data? Luckily we had backups. Replaced it with a Samsung EVO two days ago, now I'm paying $8 to mail the AData back to them to fix/replace under warranty - thing the replacement will go into anything mission critical now?

This is a good price but the drive is less than stellar.

The su800? model is fine but this su650 seems to have above average failures.
Since SSD failure is a pita unless its a scratch drive I'd stick to more reliable brands/models.

Great book check out Sled Driver if you're not familiar with the pilot, he is pretty much why photos of this plane exist from when it was in service.

You write in exactly the style I seek to emulate. So poised. So detailed. Thorough and clever with wise, unique humor and attention. Albeit unrelated, I relate, fully. Fortunate to be crowded amongst wielders of wit, I dare show my earnestly with a bow of my hat. I grip its brim and return it to its rest, for praise need only gift a moment of truth else turns itself to glamour and vain of self pleasing.

I look to you in kind with eyes full of earnest. I'd care to hear more tales of times past. For gone will they go like wind from a wave. The settlement of entropy scattering all signs of their happening, should you ignore the ink left dripping from your warm pen. I've gathered my attention and set it down calmly. Walter, no mean to bother, please key the trigger for there are words yet unsaid.

What happened to the post? I replied to it. Looks like it was deleted. I didn't realize it was a quote. What book is it from?
