I don't think that's fair to say. Someone on a tight budget with two phones, a tablet, and a laptop could grab this and charge all of their devices overnight on a trip. If it does what it says, although it doesn't do much else, it's a good deal. What do you think?

USB combined output 3.5A is not something good. I prefer each individual USB port should at least have 2A output (So, 4x USB port should at least have 8A output). and the AC pass-through 600w, a hair dryer may need more than 1000w

Really? You're measurement for a portable USB world adapter is if it can handle a hair dryer and if not, it's junk? Sounds kind of unreasonable.. especially at this price point. You describe a device that costs 3x more and isn't necessary for most users. For the majority of users this will suit their needs at a great price and offers additional flexibility that you wouldn't get from one that has only two ports with the same output.

I agree. Junk doesn't do what it's supposed to. It might not be a good deal, if there are things that do this at a better price or do more at this price, but to say it's junk is inaccurate by any reasonable definition of the word junk. His profile picture doesn't inspire a lot of confidence in his reasoning for me.

It sounds like you agree with me then. Glad we could come to an understanding that this is useful.

If you need an voltage converter for your hair dryer, what you really need is a new hair dryer.

It is just an example, 600w AC pass through may limit it's usability...
I also mentioned the combined 3.5a four- port USB also is another draws back.
but $10 thing, anyway
