Where are these normally located? Are they by the regular jump starters?

I'd spend the extra for this one https://www.walmart.com/ip/Everst...thena=true
It has 12000mah as opposed to the 8000 from this deal. It also has 19v output so you can charge your laptop.

You can buy that or 2 of the Stanley for nearly the same price, slap the extra into another vehicle or keep as a backup. Plus more and more laptops will be able to charge off USB-C as time goes by so that other stuff is nice but kind of fluff.

Is brickseek pretty accurate with pricing? Im guessing if its $30 locally on brickseek that will be the in-store price?

I have found it to be pretty accurate in the past. It's a clearance item; They will drop the price if remain unsold in coming weeks.

Yes, very accurate on pricing, but you can check the in store price with the Walmart app to verify. There's a link for items on Brickseek called "View on Walmart" and it'll open the app if you allow it.

Wow, this stores more than double the amount of power as my Galaxy s7 edge/s8 battery (3600mah).
So I know it has a massive amount of power! I wonder how it compares to my laptop battery, which is about 10x as large, and sells for $12 on ebay.

Pricing is very accurate
Inventory is very bad. This is Walmart's fault though, as their inventory is off.

I've gone to stores that showed 4/6 in stock, and found zero.
They claim it's because of items that were returned/broken, and probably still at customer service.

However, it's a combination of theft, bad inventory counts, and Walmart employees hiding clearance items behind other items in other departments.

(I've had employees follow me around, when they saw me looking behind other items/giving dirty looks. With friends noticing the look of shock/despair, when they saw me find the items, and put them into my cart. Usually I find zero, and stopped driving to walmart for clearance items)

I've been wanting one of these and a store on my route showed 10 in stock at $15 per Brickseek. Looked through the entire auto section and pretty much everywhere else they could be with no luck. An employee tried to find it on her device and couldn't even pull it up and didn't want to help me further. I'm sure there's a full box in the stockroom or something...
