- They are not unlocked phones (as suggested by the "T-Mobile" part of the title.)

- There is no contract (there have not been contracts on any major cellphone carrier for at least 2 or 3 years now)

- What cheaper carrier are you referring to?

T-Mobile's Essentials plan is quite reasonably priced, and it's unlimited everything (including data):

1 line = $60
2 lines = $90
3 lines = $105
4 lines = $120
5 lines = $135
6 lines = $150

and if you're 55 or older:

1 line = $50
2 lines = $70

and if you are active or retired military:

1 line = $55
2 lines = $80
3 lines = $90
4 lines = $100
5 lines = $110
6 lines = $120

But if you need no data or for just casual use, you can go cheaper with prepaid technically. But if you are a casual user, why would you get one of the latest smartphone?

Samsung US carrier phones support all carriers since Galaxy s8. I have a T-Mobile Note 8 and AT&T Galaxy s9 and are using them on Sprint.

No it's not unlocked, and only gsm bands
That's incorrect. US carriers Galaxy S9 definitely have both gsm and cdma. Though it is locked to T-Mobile until you can get it unlocked

Both questions are answered in the original posting.

I did the 750 back deal 10 days ago. Can I have Costco give me 200 back as per their reduce price 30 day policy?
