HP OFFICEJET PRO 6960 (3B130)is the one we settled on because it connects wirelessly through our home network, not Bluetooth. The printer has its own email address that you can send things that you need printed directly to the printer. It was eligible for HP Instant Ink.
If you do not print much, under 15 pages a month, they have a free tier in their pricing and that tier even qualifies for free ink. If you choose the free tier and go over 15 printed pages, each 10 pages is $1. The other tiers are: 50 pages/$2.99. 100 pages/$4.99. 300 pages/$9.99. And a nice benefit, if you don't use all of your tier pages, they will roll over to the next month. You can have, in your account, rollover pages equal to double the amount of pages in your tier, i.e; in the free tier you can have 30 pages in rollover and your monthly allotment of 15 pages. In the 300 page tier you can have 600 plus your regular allotment of 300.
Your printer talks to HP when your ink ystarts getting low. If you get a tank that is defective or the printer is lagging and you run out of ink (like I did last Monday) you can go into the HP app (android: HPSmart, should be the same for Apple) and manually request a set of cartridges. I had new tanks by Thursday after requesting them Monday afternoon.

This printer is currently on sale at Best Buy for $59.99

I know there are lower priced printers, but they may not be eligible for Instant Ink. And I have been through enough sticker shock when I've ran out of the teaser ink that comes with printers. There are cheaper HP printers that are eligible for Instant Ink. you just have to check around. The savings in ink quickly offsets the cost of the printer.
This one has full automatic duplex printing. With what I print, that is so nice and quite a time saver.
If you have friends and family that get their own HP printers make sure to give then your Instant Ink code. You will get a free month of ink for each person that signs up.
Hope this helps. Sorry it seems to have turned into a novel. 😳😜
