$719 - 10% with code SPVGAJANTEN - $15 rebate card = $632.99

Shoprunner 2-day shipping, no tax for many, and an additional $15 rebate card, this is the best RTX 2080 deal I could find.

FYI, this is a reference board design, not a Founders Edition board. OC Scanner in applications like MSI Afterburner should get your GPU up to Founders Edition speeds.

Plus free Anthem and Battlefield V codes, too!

First posted deal, hope everything was covered.

agreed, what kind of slap in the face is a $15 rebate on a $600+ card
Not meant to be a slap. More like a D in the B.

Doubt we see $500 till next BF. $600 is way more reasonable.
1080 launched at $599 MSRP ($699 for the Founders Edition). Considering Nvidia GPU prices tend to increase with every generation (980 launched at $549 MSRP), I think this is a pretty decent deal when you factor in the about $80ish worth of Egg Points and the 2 games.

Still a ridiculous price. When it hits $500 like a normal XX80, then I'll bite.
1080 launched with a $599 price tag ($699 for the Founders Edition). The MSRP dropped to $499 about 1 year after launch.

those bitcoin scam are dead, so why da hell these GFX so expensive?!
Nvidia is the new Apple. Increase average selling prices so it doesnt hurt so bad when you sell less units.

It doesn't sound like Nvidia is worth it.

The pricing of the 20 series at least makes me comfortable staying with the 1070ti for a couple of years.

seems hard to justify these cards when a 1070ti was recently $350 for most of us. I bought a 1070ti recently and in that thread it was mentioned the 2060s are coming out real soon and expected to also be around $350. If so, id hope they would put downward pressure on these 2080s. Anyone notice better VR experience going from 1080 to 2080s?
Completely different cards. This is basically a 1080ti. Coincidentally it's selling at what would be considered a good price for a 1080ti.

There are always people who are never happy with whatever price things are selling for and they basically either or just complaining online or never get anything they want. Nvidia controls the market on these and the price is what the price is.

Do you think the price is going to drop by half in the next few months on these cards after CES?

The price is never dropped in half the entire time and video has been in business. It goes exactly like this. When a new card is released you pay the highest price. Mid cycle you start getting some pretty good sales like this one. End-of-life you get the best deals but then again it's end of life. Occasionally you have Market hiccups like a run in cryptocurrency mining or something that pushes prices but it's not something you can bet on. If someone was broke and wanting to save every dollar possible what they should be looking at is buying a used mining card that still has a good deal of warranty left. You can get some ridiculously good prices on 10 series

AMD keynote Wednesday. Smilie

Add that with the 2060 release and these aren't going anywhere but down in price. Don't listen to the shills try to sell you a load of BS.
