Eat top notch steak and barbecue. Visit Boulevard Brewery, Worlds/Oceans of Fun, see a KC Royals game, take a walk and get lunch on "the plaza", visit the Nelson Atkins Museum, go to the zoo, shop at Crown Center, National WWI Museum, Thomas Hart Benton Home & Studio, Negro League Baseball Museum, American Jazz Museum, watch a movie at the Alamo Drafthouse, or party in the Power & Light District. You can have a great time in Kansas City, it's what you make of it.

Convoy street in kearny Mesa. The whole street full of Asian restaurants, Japanese, Korean, vietnamese, Taiwanese, ect. Mira Mesa/miramar also full of Asian places and breweries (40+) pho ca dao chain are all over the suburb. Downtown gaslamp has great foods and bars too

This looks like a pretty good list to start for a KC visit, except I dont think the Royals will be playing in March and the amusement parks wont be open yet. There a lot of small breweries and distilleries open around town as well besides Boulevard.

March will have the Big XII basketball tournament at the Sprint Center.

But honestly you could spend the entire trip just eating BBQ. I suggest the burnt ends. Smilie

Meth...and strippers with bullet holes. Unless you want to journey out to independence ave and pick up one of the fine working girls with stab wounds...then go scrap copper for some more meth. At least that's what the local news seems to indicate is going on around KC
Heroin junkies in SF.
