Now that's a good price. I have seen quite a few RX 570 4GB cards for $130 recently, from PowerColor and ASUS mostly, now ASRock... I feel bad for those RX 570 8GB purchases for $166 from yesterday's FP deal, but Newegg should price match some of them, though they told me yesterday that they don't match prices after codes now.
For some reason I can't open through the OP links, here is the 4GB version:

The FP deal was for a 580. A 580 for $16 more is a better deal than this one, actually.

I'd call a 14% effective speed increase for 16 bucks a significantly better deal:

The 8GB is showing as $219.99..... am I missing something? If not, $150 would be a KILLER deal!

You won't overclock 14% tbh. I completely agree that the 580 for 16 dollars more is a MUCH better deal. The 570 cannot match the 580, it has slower memory, less steam processors and slower core.

P.s. this 570 8gb card is on newegg flash site but you can also get the rebate for 20. (I hate rebates)
