Any experience with these?

Doesn't look like these would work with a tripod.

With enough duct tape anything will work with a tripod.

I put one a similar one on top of a old heavy floor lamp after i took the lamp off. Mine is only 1000 lumens so these would be a nice upgrade. There is always some way to attach it.

Nice timing. I had an email offer from Discover Card for $10 cash back on $30 until the end of the month for Sams online.

I tried the 2000 lumen Craftsman from Lowes BF deal. Narrower light pattern & notably dimmer. Returned it.

Besides the obvious (500 more lumen & a twin pk) how does this one differ from the HD Husky 2500 lumen?

Thanks. I had been eying that Craftsman light. I'm in a 1 car garage for car maintenance / washing and detailing, so don't need a heck of a lot of light...

I wonder if these would be good to use as flood lights for a green screen.

I picked it up for this price in my local Sam's club as well. They went from a pallet full to about 10 in a week so you have to be quick.

I've been a Discover card member since 1986 (!) and never received that email. So, thanks, Discover, you've ended the "Discover Deals" on your website, and replaced it with targeted offers.

I've had a Discover card since 1986 too and received the Sam's Club promotional e-mail from Discover. It may hinge on what type of Discover card you have -- Discover IT or Discover Chrome.
