Buck, SOG and Gerber Knives - Some models clearanced at Walmart - YMMV B&M

I had to stop into Walmart tonight, and passing through the clearance aisle, they had several knives and multi-tools marked down considerably. These were in clear plastic theft-proof boxes, but mixed in with the regular clearance items. I hope someone finds it useful:

Gerber Suspension Multi-tool - Reg $29, Marked down to $7
Brickseek [brickseek.com]
Walmart page (for reference) [walmart.com]

SOG CashCard (Money clip + 2.75" blade) - Reg $29, Marked down to $7
Brickseek [brickseek.com]
Walmart page (for reference) [walmart.com]

Buck Knife Fixed Blade Knife with Kydex Sheath, 5" Blade, Reg $44, Marked down to $8
Brickseek [brickseek.com]
Walmart page (for reference) [walmart.com]

Buck Ascend LT Folding Knife with Pocket Clip, Reg $30, Marked down to $8
Brickseek [brickseek.com]
Walmart page (for reference) [walmart.com]

Buck Fixed Blade Reaper Rosewood Survival Knife, Reg $39, Marked down to $9
Brickseek [brickseek.com]
Walmart page (for reference) [walmart.com]

While some of these are name brand knives, but not their best. They certainly are heavily discounted given what they originally sold for and I think in that context, they're a warm deal.

Good luck!

Luck is always the driving factor behind any Wal-Mart deal becoming reality.

Walmart knife clearances are always YMMV, but there can be some awesome deals to be had if you get lucky and find one in your local Wally.

Luck and location. Normally the Philly area never sees any of the markdowns that make it to Slickdeals.

None near me but a good deal if you can find one in your area. Walmart has some good clearance deals on knives fairly regularly, so it always pays to check the knife case while you're there. Thumbs UP OP.

none of the Buck knives are avail around me, but those would be very useful for camping. I wouldn't trust them for bushcraft as they are cheaper blade steels and don't look as comfy, but it would be very useful for batoning wood or cooking. Good luck all

Any way to filter out YMMV posts? I'm all for deals but these are 99.9% a wasted effort.

The buck folding knife is $2 in Sanger CA. They have two in stock according to brickseek. Not worth the drive out there for me but maybe a Sanger banger will see this

I don't think so, but you can ignore individual users if you find they whiny or lazy...
