I'm actually kind of curious about this deal because I've heard a lot of people in the past saying that 27in 1080p is really stretching it for that resolution. How is the picture clarity? Does it look fuzzy?
It depends on what you're doing. Internet browsing, emails, office type work this is more than adequate. Photography, coloring, coding then you may want a higher resolution.

Repost with new reduced price, but this is 60Hz, not 75Hz monitor.
Thank you for the info. It helps to decide.

Been an hour and post still has bad info.

It is not 75Hz.

My irrelevant opinion:
27" is a bit large for 1080.
Obviously Slickdeals is about price, but I'd recommend 1440p at this size. If just gaming, then no big deal... except you may want higher refresh rate than 60Hz.

You're welcome.
This would be great if it was 75Hz like the 24f model.

This monitor is junk. I bought one and it lasted less than a year. This and other HP monitors suffer from an issue where they will just turn off while you are using them. Junk!

Used the VESA mount on it yesterday. Standard 100x100 with 6mm screws.

The real reason to pick this up is that it is a name brand IPS. I am very happy with it.

I have an earlier version or this. It's a killer monitor for the price and looks fantastic for 1080p. I use it 10 hours a day for office work and for streaming. Cannot go wrong.

Before buying an HP IPS monitor, search the reviews and customer pics for "light bleed" which is a common issue with these HP monitors.

Going to try 1 out before going with a dual setup. At this price I figure it's worth the shot. Thanks OP!
