I was denied even though I applied 6 months after cancelling. This was a few years ago, maybe the rules have changed

This business card still gives the 10k bonus miles for $25k in purchases in a given year unlike the regular Explorer card which had this benefit removed last year.

I went through the terms and 5/24 is not mentioned anywhere in the terms. Does it mean this is clear from 5/24?

Strange, 30 days is usually safe play to cancel and open new account, and I've had this card for 4 years or so.

This new Cardmember bonus offer is not available to either (i) current Cardmembers of this business credit card, or (ii) previous Cardmembers of this business credit card who received a new Cardmember bonus for this business credit card within the last 24 months.

That was my problem, I had received the bonus within 24 months. Not sure why I made the assumption you had done the same.
