You can see the past mistake in the news. Where can you see future mistakes? Who knows... it wasn't posted on SD.

Why not? 1st class tix have been known to go for $675 by mistake recently. Surprised that didn't get posted here before they pulled then honored the offer.
Wouldn't have honored if it was posted here😁

How China treats Americans these days? Otherwise I'd probably visit it (:
Study first before you say something stupid. Hong Kong is not China. What's up with these uneducated Americans.

Actually, Hong Kong is in China. So he isn't wrong. Hong Kong was given back to China from the British in 1997.

Is this really that slick of a deal? I've gone to China 5x but not on this airline. I rarely pay more than this. And I come from farther away and smaller airport. Maybe this airline is typically pricier? I've gone AA, United and Air China.

In Nov. it cost us $680 but that was only bc we bought extended leg room (stupid UAL wouldnt let us use Systemwide Upgrades since we paid less than $1K for each ticket. Hence the reason we are leaving their Premier 1K sham and switching airlines). Base price of the ticket was around $500. I have found China much more affordable than Europe, at least from the western US, anyway.

Why not. Vietnam is amazing and a first class international experience can be a once in a life time thing for a lot of people
Did you not read my post? It was originating from Vietnam. It wasn't available the other way around.

China and Hong Kong have different international EMS for shipping an item, meaning they are considered as two different countries.

Hong Kong is a territory of China, after the British handover in 1997.

Their governments are still separate for now until the full transition to China completes in 2047, but that won't stop China from putting their hands in how things are being run now in HK, which is why a lot of Hong Kongers are pissed.

As a frequent traveler (to both Japan and Hong Kong) I can attest to Singapore being my favorite Airline to fly. Great service. Great entertainment. The experience has always been pleasant. I'll most probably be purchasing this deal. Nice find, thank you.
