Yeah, the influx of this "drive failed me" posts has sky rocketed. I have one still yet to fail including my old adata sp550

Can you elaborate on the warranty process? I've got a SU655 that I'm going to submit, which failed after about 6-months of use.

Is SU800 significantly more reliable than SU650? If anyone has personal experience with both, please share.

I have su650, works great for home laptop. I don't do any heavyweight work on it though. But it's much much better than using HDD

Go with SU800. SU650 doesn't use DRAM. I posted a deal a few days ago for 1TB SU800 for $107, yet somehow this made FP.
