Hello which date combinations did you use? I have tried many combinations and can not get the price lower than $780.

I've thought about getting a working holiday visa there, but I think I'd like it too much and be sad that I couldn't stay long-term. Also, having to sell my car and re-buy one when I get back is something I don't want to deal with (storage doesn't really make financial sense with an economy car when you could be gone 1-2 years).

I only get 7 day vacation - is it worth it to go for just 5-6 days? also how is it for a single guy - I hear much of the female populace are "strong and independent" feminists.

No, between travel time and jet lag recovery it would be more frustrating than fun. Two weeks minimum. BTW, lived there for two years... cried like a baby when we left. Had I gone single, I would have paid some woman to marry me just so that I could have stayed forever.

it's very expensive to live in Australia tho

best way to emigrate to Australia is with a detour of 5 years in NZ..get NZ residency and use to move to Australia

Perth not so much... Sydney very much yes, crazy expensive except for food. That said, how do you get NZ residency, I thought they were tougher than OZ. (Love NZ too, honeymooned there for two weeks.).

not sure..it was just crazy to see a bunch of millenials from us working in NZ with the only purpose to get to Australia as soon as they were getting NZ residency...didn't get into details but if I remember right it was a 5 year work or study visa that eventually becomes a path to nz residency..i might be worng..google

Sydney is so expensive because of the Chinese..hence the reason their own government came up with 10k per year as the amount they can take out of china

too many got too rich too fast in the corrupt china..and they look for places to invest their money ..Australioan real-estate was an obvious choice
